C. Richard Hall, AIA, ACHA, LEED GA
As Principal-in-Charge Rick oversees the planning and design of facilities and is accountable for the day-to-day leadership of all team members’ activities. He is the recipient of several awards for design. Rick is also a charter member of the American College of Healthcare Architects and serves on the Healthcare Committee of the Michigan Architectural Foundation. Rick has also taught extensively at the university level.

Malvin Whang, AIA, LEED AP
Malvin Whang brings more than 18 years of experience in architectural programming, design and construction administration. His diverse project experience includes institutional, educational and civic facilities with an emphasis in health science educational facilities for immersive and simulated learning. Malvin finds satisfaction in finding problem specific architectural solutions to support the mission of client institutions.

Malvin is a member of Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSIH), International Nursing Association for Clinical Nursing Simulation and Learning (INACSL) and Association for Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE). Malvin has presented at SSIH and HPSN on the design process and trends in simulation center design.
